1. About GarageDoorsNetwork & Legal Entity

GarageDoorsNetwork.com is a trade name (DBA) owned and operated by Alpha Essentials USA Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Alpha Essentials USA Inc. is the registered legal entity responsible for this website and all services described herein. GarageDoorsNetwork.com operates as a referral and matching platform that connects homeowners and property owners ("Users") with independent, self-employed garage door repair technicians ("Service Providers"). We do not employ Service Providers, and we do not directly provide garage door repair or installation services.

Throughout these Terms, references to "GarageDoorsNetwork," "we," "us," or "our" refer to Alpha Essentials USA Inc. and its trade name GarageDoorsNetwork.com collectively.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a service request, or calling our referral line, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

3. Our Role as a Matching Service

GarageDoorsNetwork acts solely as an intermediary. Our responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a network of independently verified garage door technicians
• Matching your service request with an available technician in your area
• Facilitating initial contact between you and the matched technician

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any services performed by matched technicians. Any contract for repair services is solely between you and the Service Provider.

4. Technician Verification

We make reasonable efforts to verify that technicians in our network hold appropriate licensing and insurance at the time of network onboarding. However, we do not continuously monitor or guarantee the current licensure, insurance status, or qualifications of any Service Provider. We strongly encourage you to:

• Ask to see the technician's license and insurance documentation before work begins
• Obtain a written estimate before authorizing any repair
• Verify the technician's identity and credentials independently if desired

5. No Warranty on Services

GarageDoorsNetwork makes no representations or warranties about the quality, workmanship, pricing, timeliness, or safety of services provided by matched technicians. Any warranty on repair work is solely the responsibility of the Service Provider who performed the work.

6. User Obligations

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your service request
• Be available at the scheduled time or provide reasonable notice of changes
• Treat Service Providers with respect and professionalism
• Pay the agreed-upon price directly to the Service Provider upon service completion
• Not use our service for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

7. Fees and Payments

Our referral and matching service is provided to homeowners at no charge. All payments for repair services are made directly to the Service Provider under whatever agreement you reach with them. GarageDoorsNetwork does not process, hold, or collect payments for repair services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GarageDoorsNetwork, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our service or any services performed by matched technicians, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or financial loss.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our service shall not exceed $100 USD.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GarageDoorsNetwork and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our service, your violation of these Terms, or any dispute between you and a Service Provider.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and GarageDoorsNetwork shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the state of New York, unless prohibited by applicable law. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action participation for disputes with GarageDoorsNetwork.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
